World-Class Event Coverage (in Boston & Beyond)

Boston is a world-class destination city for exciting professional events, workshops, conferences and trade shows. Whether you need a highlight video to promote next year's event, complete coverage of all the keynotes, or need to live-stream the full conference for a hybrid/live production, we are experts in all aspects of event photography and videography. And we don't just cover events in Boston, we regularly travel for events, conferences and trade shows for our clients, all over the world.

Our Approach to Event Coverage

Professional conferences, events and tradeshows are often significant undertakings for the teams who produce them, and capturing the event with high quality video and photography is often integral to achieving the goals set out by the planners.

In today's environment, many live-only events have adopted a "hybrid" model where attendees may be attending both in-person as well as virtually, often through live streaming technology.

We partner closely with our event clients to help put together a plan to capture the event with the right mix of photography, videography and live-streaming (if applicable) to support the goals of the event producers and the organization.

We also take the time to truly get to know you and the key stakeholders so that we can seamlessly integrate with you in order to capture your event in a truly authentic way.

Why choose The Video Garage to capture your conference, event or trade show?

One of our core values is partnership, and although we may be an external provider, our goal for your event, is for our team to function as a seamless and frictionless extension of your own.

We take the time to really understand your goals, your audience and your budget in order to produce the most effective content possible in order to document, highlight and tell the story of your event through video and photography. Our team is composed of the best photographers and video professionals in the business, and we deliver exceptional quality images and video content.

Our goal is always to build relationships with our clients that allow us to leverage our knowledge and expertise in order to help our clients and their campaigns be as successful as possible. We're not just a production company, we're a true partner, and we're in it for the long term.
