Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I book a session?

While we typically recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance we understand that our clients often have time-sensitive needs and we are committed to meeting those needs to the best of our abilities. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to work within your timeframe.
How long will the session take?

Individual sessions can take between 1 hour to an hour and a half depending on the package your purchase. 

Corporate packages can range from 4 to 8 hours. 
How long will it take to receive my final headshots? After your headshot session, we typically take one week for post-production editing and retouching to ensure that your images look their best.  We are happy to accommodate faster turnarounds if needed. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to work within your timeframe.
Can I purchase additional retouched images after the session? In addition to the retouched images included in the package, you will have the option to purchase additional retouched images. This will give you the flexibility to select additional images that you love and that will help you to make a great impression in any professional setting.
Are you availble on the weekends? We unfortunately are not open on the weekends and can only schedule times Monday - Friday. 
Do you provide Hair & Make-Up services?

We, unfortunately, do not include hair and makeup services as part of our individual packages but suggest services available at beauty retailers such as Sephora or Ulta. Alternatively, if you have a preferred hair or makeup artist, you are welcome to bring them to the session.
